I'm in the customer service business, thus I know what it takes to meet and exceed customer expectations, and she hit a home run. It's important to anticipate customer needs, and that means staying ahead of them. Michelle set our a timeline for both transactions so we could plan, had dates on our calendars well in advance for our document signings, presented us with a notebook when we listed the home and after it was sold, each containing pertinent documents.
Our new home needed some minor attention, and Michelle set up the appointments and met the service providers there by herself. We did not need to do anything!
Great service, attentive, smart, knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend you turn to Michelle for your real estate needs.

I truly will never be able to put into word the gratitude I have for Michelle. She came to us as a recommendation from a family member after trying to navigate through a horrible experience with another realtor.
Michelle handled every decision with professionalism, always offered us ALL of our options, gave pros and cons of all possible situations and supported us in every decision we made. My husband and I felt that with her by our side, we had the best offers and were able to make the best decisions and got the most for our home possible.
We had dealt with a few other realtors for buying/selling prior to meeting Michelle. Michelle completely blew our expectations out of the water. She never stopped until the job was done. Even if there were moments of not-so-great news such as a buyer that submitted a low-ball offer, or buyers asking for request for repairs, she always gave us ALL the information and her recommendation all always supported us with however we choose to move forward. By the end of it all Michelle felt like family. Because of her knowledge, professionalism, expertise, I want all of my friends and family who go through the home buying/selling process to use her but it does not get any better than Michelle.

Michelle was indispensable in guiding us through the sale of our house and the purchase of new house. She patiently explained the process, step by step, to clients who had no experience with either.
Family complications made the sale of our house unbelievably complicated. Through it all, she cheerfully explained the hundreds (it seems) of documents we were signing, what they were about and why they were necessary.
Once our house sold, we had a limited amount of time to find another. She found it for us and handled its sale to us.
Although we were not her only clients, she made us feel that we were her most important clients.

We met Michelle for the first time when we started to look for houses in the Monterey area. She found us houses that we would not necessarily have looked at but by doing this we got to see the city of Pacific Grove more and eventually found our perfect house. The sale was tricky, as the house had a commercial element and then we found more serious issues with the house. Honestly, I could not imagine doing this without Michelle. She was organized, professional, and friendly. Even when the other realtor dropped the ball, she picked it up and carried on, in the most respectful manner. After all of this, I consider Michelle a friend now, we have spoken so many times and she's just considerate and I always felt like she was on my side.
