Michelle assisted us in both the sale of our home and in finding a new one. It's important to anticipate customer needs, and that means staying ahead of them. Michelle set our a timeline for both transactions so we could plan, had dates on our calendars well in advance for our document signings, presented us with a notebook when we listed the home and after it was sold, each containing pertinent documents. Our new home needed some minor attention, and Michelle set up the appointments and met the service providers there by herself. We did not need to do anything! She found us houses that we would not necessarily have looked at but by doing this we got to see the city of Pacific Grove more and eventually found our perfect house. The sale was tricky, as the house had a commercial element and then we found more serious issues with the house. Honestly, I could not imagine doing this without Michelle. She was organized, professional, and friendly. Even when the other realtor dropped the ball, she picked it up and carried on, in the most respectful manner.
